QuorixTV Privacy Policy

What QuorixTV collects when you use this website, why it is collected, who can see it and how long it is kept — in plain language.

This policy applies to quorixtvpro.com and to the QuorixTV subscription service ordered through it. It was last updated on 27 August 2026.

Who we are

QuorixTV operates the website at quorixtvpro.com and supplies the streaming subscriptions ordered there. For anything relating to your personal data, contact us at contact.provideriptv@gmail.com.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into one of our three forms, plus a small amount of technical information described in the next section. There is no account system on this website and no advertising tracker on any page.

Subscription order form

  • Full name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number
  • Your country, and the countries whose channels you want
  • Subscription length and number of simultaneous connections
  • Whether you want adult categories enabled
  • Whether this is a new line or a renewal, and — for a renewal only — the existing username
  • Any notes you choose to add

Free trial form

  • Full name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number
  • Your country, and the countries whose channels you want
  • The device or player you intend to use
  • Whether you want adult categories enabled, and any message you add

Contact form

  • Name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number and country
  • The subject you selected and the message you wrote

We never ask for card numbers, bank details or identity documents on this website. Payment is arranged separately after we reply to your order, and no payment credentials are stored by us.

Technical information collected with a form

When a form is submitted, our server records a short set of technical details alongside it. This information is included in the internal notification that reaches our team and is never included in the confirmation email sent to you, returned by our API, or displayed anywhere on the website.

Taken from the request your browser already sends

  • The IP address the submission came from
  • The full browser user-agent string
  • The browser and version, operating system and version, and device type (mobile, tablet or desktop) derived from that string
  • The primary language your browser requests
  • The page on our site the form was submitted from
  • The date and time of submission, recorded in UTC

Reported by the page you submitted from

  • Your screen size and your browser window size, in pixels
  • Your time zone name, as your browser reports it

These last three are ordinary browser properties. If your browser declines to provide any of them, the notification simply records “Not reported” and nothing else changes.

IP reputation (VPN / proxy check)

Where an IP reputation provider is configured, the submitting IP address may be checked against that provider to see whether it belongs to a known VPN, proxy or Tor exit node. The internal notification records the answer as Yes, No or Unknown. Only the IP address is sent to the provider — never your name, email, message or any other detail from the form. Using a VPN does not block a submission or change the service you receive, and no attempt is made to identify you behind it. If no provider is configured, or the check fails, the answer is recorded as “Unknown”.

What this information is used for

  • Form processing — matching your submission to the right request and reply
  • Security — detecting abuse of the public form endpoints
  • Fraud and spam prevention — rate limiting, duplicate detection and the automated-submission checks
  • Troubleshooting — knowing your device, browser and screen size so setup advice fits what you actually have
  • Website functionality — keeping the forms working correctly across browsers

We do not use invasive fingerprinting. There is no canvas, audio or font probing, no plugin or device enumeration, no cross-site identifier, and no profile is built about you. Nothing in this section is combined with data from any other source, and it is never used for advertising.

Why we use it

  • To provide the service you asked for — creating your line, sending credentials, arranging a trial or answering your message.
  • To support you afterwards — so that when you write again, we know what you have.
  • To protect the service — the honeypot, timing check, rate limits and duplicate detection all rely on the technical information above.

We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it with advertisers. We do not send marketing email unless you have asked us to.

Sharing

Form submissions are delivered by email through Google’s SMTP service, which means Google processes those messages in transit and stores them in the mailboxes involved. Our website hosting provider processes requests to serve the pages you view. Live chat is provided by Tawk.to; if you open the chat widget, your conversation and the technical data their widget collects are processed by them under their own privacy policy. Beyond these, your details stay with us.

How long we keep it

Order and trial correspondence is kept for as long as you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterwards, so renewals and support requests can be handled. General contact messages are kept while the conversation is useful. Ask us to delete your data and we will, unless we are required to keep a record.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, or to object to how we use it. Write to contact.provideriptv@gmail.com and we will respond. We may ask you to confirm the email address a request relates to, so that we do not disclose one person’s details to another.

Cookies and local storage

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Your light or dark mode choice is stored in your own browser’s local storage under the key quorixtv-theme; it never leaves your device and is not readable by us. The Tawk.to live chat widget sets its own cookies once loaded so a conversation can continue across pages — see Tawk.to’s privacy policy for details.

Security

Form submissions are validated and sanitised on the server before anything is sent anywhere. Mail credentials are held only in server-side environment variables and are never exposed to the browser. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the amount of data we hold small deliberately, which is the most effective protection available.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly. See also our Terms of Service and DMCA policy.
